“This is listed as a four-star hotel on Google, but that is not the case. It is definitely 2 1/2 as listed on Expedia. They did not have reliable Wi-Fi or any of the basic channels to watch sports. Based on other reviews it had recently changed ownership. They need to up their game or the poor reviews will start pouring in.”

“It’s right in the center of Broad Street with a really nice cafe downstairs that’s open at 7:00am every day and has fantastic homemade bacon breakfast burritos. The room is clean and beautiful. However, security-wise, even hours after I had checked in and then left for an event, the door to the adjoining room was left open, the windows were all left unlocked, felt unsafe for someone on the bottom floor, woman traveling alone. I wouldn't let my daughter stay here. Front staff are NOT friendly, citing strange policies, like we don't check you out when you walk in with your keys.
